What is your standard order acceptance procedure?

First tell us what you need. Then we offer quotation sheets and suggestions. After you confirm the sample, you place deposit for the mass production.

Can you offer ODM and OEM services?

Yes.

What is your guarantee policy?

For most of our products, we can offer 3 years warranty. For commercial lights, 2 years warranty.

What payment options are available?

L/C and T/T for mass production orders, and Paypay for samples.

Can I place some sample orders for testing first?

Yes.

What's your MOQ? Can I order small quantities at the first time?

For new customers, small quantities are OK. And the more you buy, the better price you can get.
